You can take orders over the phone or in store using the HoneyBadger.IT platform by navigating to >> Orders and clicking the New Order button. You can search for an existing customer using the Search Customer input box which will populate the customers billing and shipping addresses, also you can search for a product to add to the order by using the Search Product input box
The customer addresses are self explanatory, here you have an option to create an account for your customer by checking the Yes create account checkbox
The Payment and Shipping methods will appear only after you complete the customer address and add at least a product
After you select the Payment and Shipping methods you can create the order by clicking the Create new Order button. After the order is created the new order emails are sent to the customer (with a payment link if applicable) and to the admin.
